Loved your video, I struggle with Migraines on a daily bases, along with other medical issues that trigger them. I was aware of every word you said. My pain that is only one part of my life is centered in many areas. I have been in a wheelchair for 26 yrs. I have had a problem with my left shoulder. I am right handed. The pain was at an 8. Very bad at the time. I concentrated on every word you said and tried to align myself by centering myself and letting the alignment spread out to the place I wanted relief. I took in a big breath and aligned myself for relief. At this very moment my pain is at a 0 where I wanted it. I am almost afraid to move in case the pain returns. If it does return I will do the alignment again. I want to sit here and enjoy my relief while I have it. I really need to learn more about this procedure. Thank you Elma.
