Instructions: Repeat each statement, either out loud or silently to yourself, and as you do so, place your attention on your spine for just a moment. (You can wave your hand or point to your spine in front of your abdomen/chest. Or you can just mentally focus on your spine.) Keep it light and easy -- there's no need to over-think or over-focus. Just a gentle, 1-second mental contact with the spine is all that's needed. If you follow these instructions, the energy alignment will be much more effective than if you just listen passively. You will actually shift your energy field.
