Monthly Payments and Cancellations:
FOR ALL PAID MEMBERSHIPS, your credit card will be charged each month, until you cancel your membership.
To Cancel your Membership, please email us on the Contact page. We have to process all cancellations manually, so please allow about 5 business days for your cancellation to take effect – and perhaps more around U.S. holidays. Of course, we will do our best to process your cancellation ASAP (within a day of your request), but we ask for your consideration, because the office may be closed occasionally, and we don’t have full-time office staff! If you want to cancel, it is your responsibility to do so in plenty of time before your next billing period.
There are No Refunds on the unused portion of your membership.

Refunds and Session Cancellations:
NOW HEALING 101 REFUND POLICY: All sales of Now Healing 101 are final, since it comes with download content. There are no refunds due to your perceived “lack” of results… your energy will shift, but no other “results” are guaranteed. If there is a physical defect in the product, contact us for replacement or refund.
CLASS CREDIT: If something comes up at the last minute and you can’t attend the live or the teleseminar classes, you can get full credit for another time that the course is offered, or apply your credit to the Home Study Course.
SESSION REFUND POLICY: Sessions are charged by time. There are no refunds for sessions due to your perceived “lack” of results… your energy will shift, but no other “results” are guaranteed. See Session page for details. If you expect that you’ll likely be dissatisfied with your results, or if you intend to ask for a refund before you purchase, please do not purchase the session, and seek help elsewhere.
SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment, please make every effort to cancel 24 hours prior, either via email or phone. We understand that “stuff” comes up sometimes, so we’ll give you a free cancellation pass (you won’t be charged for a session cancelled in fewer that 24 hours prior) once in every calendar year. But please be respectful of our time. Thanks!
