How POWER PACKED this “free brain tune-up” offering is. It is so encompassing of all issues it needs to be on everyone’s MUST list for first thing each morning. I personally am in constant awe of its value. Who doesn’t want to feel congruent with wellness/wholeness?

Today, on Thanksgiving Day, as I am about to head off for a “feast”, watching this Video on Nourishment and Nutrients really had the hairs standing on my arms. I felt a such resonance with past “starving to death” stuff still stuck in my cell memory or DNA. Those ancestors! I am glad to have that deleted. Hmmm! wonder why I might have just liked hanging on to those extra pounds? A little security blanket from times gone by?
