    @Vineet, sometimes a single Alignment gives you the results you want, forever. Other times, and often for habits & patterns, you’ll want to create a pattern of daily Alignment (“Morphic Maintenance”). Sometimes it takes a pattern to change a pattern. So nothing “happened” to the original Alignment – it’s just that the morphic field of your jaw-clenching habit was not quite dampened enough. So I recommend that you create a larger field of Alignment! I explain more about this in the Guided Healing Teleseminar for healing habits.

    Thanks so much for this! I wanted to change a habit of messiness & it has been working very nicely
    for a week now. I haven’t become a Highly organized person yet. Nevertheless, I no longer seem compelled to create chaos on an almost daily basis. I love beauty and clear space, so this is a great gift and I want you to know how very much I appreciate you.

    @Sarah, the significance of the wind twirler is: 1) I thought it was really cool, and it felt transformative! So I filmed it (in Big Sur, CA). I had no idea what I was going to do with it, but I knew something would present itself, and it did, several months later with the “habits and patterns” Alignments. 2) The repetitive pattern is both symbolic of, and a program or “engine” for clearing the pattern/habit that you are healing in the video. 3) and the bottom line is… I didn’t feel like putting my talking head on a video (I was having a bad hair day?) so I used this instead!

  7. Thank you very much! I have a long time habit of tightening my tongue and mouth so it shows my teeth line on the tongue. I thought I start with a small but annoying habit. I felt the alignment happen and now if I try tightening it like I used to – my mouth can’t remember how it was done! I’ll go through the video a couple of more times just to be sure it stays away, but I’m a believer!

    THANKS ELMA for this FREE alignment!! I try to THINK RICH but something will happen to trigger my POOR button.. I am a SENIOR on a fixed income so when my daughter’s washer broke recently I cringed when she came over with 14 loads of laundry for me to do! It wasn’t just the expense, it was also having to go up and down stairs when my joints and back are a problem. I tested an 8 on your scale of 0 – 10, then went down to a 5. I am definitely needing to work on this a bit more!
