About the Company:
Now Healing teaches Energy Medicine / Energy Healing to both experienced healing arts practitioners, and beginners. It is primarily an online business. Products include bi-monthly “Guided Healing” teleseminars, home study courses, and audio/video energy healing products.
Job Description:
I am looking for an intern for about 5 hours of work per week as a “Virtual Assistant.” The internship may evolve into a paid part-time position after a trial period.
You’d work from your own computer. If you live nearby, we may have occasional in-person meetings in the Silver Lake/Hollywood area of Los Angeles. But physical proximity is not required; this position can be “virtual.”
This position is for a long-term intern/employee only. If you want short-term or summer work only, please do not apply.
Duties include:
- “Virtual” receptionist/front office – answering emails and inquiries from customers.
- Miscellaneous customer service tasks involving the various systems used in my business (see below).
- More involved internet marketing tasks, depending on your experience level.
Experience with the following systems is a plus:
- WordPress
- Gmail
- Google Analytics
- 1ShoppingCart
- MailChimp
- Internet marketing
- General “virtual assistant” tasks
Applicants should be:
- Comfortable with the fields of “Energy Medicine” and “Energy Healing.”
- Self-starting, responsible, very thorough, and fast learners.
- Able to write email responses that are clear, complete and logical, using excellent spelling and grammar.
To Apply:
Please email us at info@nowhealing.com and include the following information
- Your pertinent work / life experience.
- Which of the above software/systems are you familiar with?
- A very brief description of your qualifications, abilities, and why you are interested in working at Now Healing.
- If you have a resume / CV please include it.
If I am interested in scheduling a follow-up phone interview, I will email you back. Due to the volume of replies, I will not email you unless I am interested in following up – apologies in advance for this!
Thanks,
Elma
